I am an assistant professor of finance at HEC Lausanne. My research is set at the intersection of behavioral finance and investments. My paper "Investing Like My Parents: Do Parents Affect Children's Risk Taking Behavior? " is one of the first studies to document a persistent and long-lasting parental nurturing effect on individual investors risk-taking and we show the wealth inequality implications of this effect. My other paper examines whether the popularity of ETFs prompts active mutual fund managers to conduct informed trades that generate alpha.
Going forward, I am excited about future work in the areas of behavioral finance and investments.
